Global Sensitivity Analysis of Multi-parameters in Solar Tracking Error Model

摘  要:太阳跟踪系统的制造安装误差会直接影响其跟踪精度,对太阳能发电系统的整体性能具有重要影响。首先介绍了系统存在主要误差源(方位轴倾斜、俯仰轴和方位轴不正交、基座相对立柱旋转、方位角编码器零点偏移和高度角编码器零点偏移)的跟踪误差模型的推导过程。然后使用Sobol全局敏感性分析方法,以静态和动态的方式分别计算太阳跟踪误差模型中5个参数的一阶敏感度和总敏感度,讨论了3个典型日期(夏至、秋分和冬至)各参数的敏感度变化情况。得出以下结论:①影响跟踪误差的主要因素中方位角编码器零点偏移约占30%,高度角编码器零点偏移约占43%;②各参数敏感度在不同日期存在一定的差异,且在夏至参数敏感度变化最大,说明模型在校正参数阶段需考虑时间因素。研究成果可为太阳跟踪系统的设计、安装提供理论依据。

The manufactured and installed errors of the solar tracking system can directly affect its tracking accuracy,which has great impact on the overall performance of the solar power generation system.The derivation process of the tracking error model of the main error sources are investigated.The global sensitivity analysis,Sobol,was used to calculate the two(total sensitivity,the first-order sensitivity)of the five total sensitivities in the solar tracking error model through the way of static and dynamic state respectively,the sensitivity changes of various parameters for three typical dates(summer solstice,autumnal and winter solstice)were also discussed.The results were obtained as follows:(1)The main factors that may affect tracking errors are the azimuth encoder zero offsetσ1 accounts for about 30%,and the altitude encoder zero offsetσ2 accounts for about 43;(2)There is difference in the sensitivity of each parameter on different dates,and the parameter sensitivity changes most during the summer solstice,indicating that the time factor needs to be considered during the calibration parameter stage of the model.The results from this research can provide a theoretical basis for the design and installation of the solar tracking system.
