摘  要:对桥梁工程检测中存在的对检测工作不重视、抽样检测样品代表性不强、检测过程监管不严格等问题进行了总结,并提出了相应的质量控制措施,需要做好所用材料、施工过程、竣工验收阶段的检测工作。结合工程案例,对提高桥梁工程预应力管桩检测质量所做的承载力检测、压桩压力曲线绘制、隔时复压、载荷试验等检测内容进行了分析,从而有效确保了该桥梁工程预应力管桩的施工质量。

This paper summarizes the problems in bridge engineering testing,such as the lack of attention to testing work,the poor representativeness of sampling test samples,and the strict supervision of the testing process,and the corresponding quality control measures are proposed.The materials used and construction needs to be done inspection work during the process and completion acceptance.Combined with the engineering case,the analysis of the testing contents such as bearing capacity testing,pile pressure curve drawing,timed recompression,and load test to improve the testing quality of prestressed pipe piles in bridge engineering was analyzed to effectively ensure the bridge engineering construction quality of stress pipe piles.
