摘  要:磷酸烯醇式丙酮酸羧激酶(PEPCK)是开花植物中普遍存在的一类重要的代谢调控酶,在特定的组织细胞中表达,且活性受磷酸化调节。PEPCK通过多种代谢途径间接参与植物氮代谢、pH平衡、果实成熟及种子萌发的糖异生、C_4及景天科代谢(CAM)植物光合作用的CO_2浓缩等重要过程,在植物生长过程中发挥了重要作用。文中概述了PEPCK的调控机制及其在植物生长过程中的主要功能,展望了PEPCK在植物基因工程中的应用前景。

PEPCK is an important metabolic regulated enzyme which exists in Magnoliophyta com- monly and expresses in particular histiocytes. Its activity is regulated by phosphorylation. PEPCK plays an important role in plant by regulating various physiological metabolism such as nitrogen me- tabolism, pH equilibrium, gluconeogenesis in ripening fruit and germinating seed, and CO2 concen- trating in photosynthesis of C4 and CAM plant. In this paper, the regulatory mechanism of PEPCK and its main role in plant growth are summarized, and the application of PEPCK in plant genetic en- gineering is prospected.
