Research on Test Methods of Safety Requirements for Electric Vehicle

摘  要:以某纯电动轿车为测试对象,就电位均衡、整个B级电压电路绝缘电阻、车辆充电插座绝缘电阻等电动汽车安全要求进行一系列比对试验。通过对比发现了测试过程中存在的问题,规范了高压电安全相关条目的测试方法。进一步对试验数据统计分析,总结测试规律,利用相对偏差对测试结果进行满意度评价,并重点研究了B级电压电路绝缘电阻的测试方法。根据上述研究内容,提出了对现行标准的相关理解及改善建议。

Contrast experiments about requirements for the insulation resistance of voltage class B electric circuits, requirements for insulation resistance of vehicle charging socket and requirements for potential equalization were carried out based on a battery electric vehicle. Some operational issues were discussed to ensure the correct test method of high voltage safety. Further statistical analysis of the test data was performed to summarize the change law. Satisfaction degree of the test result was evaluated with relative deviations. In addition, the test method for the insulation resistance of voltage class B electric circuits was mainly investigated. Based on the conclusions above, the explanations and improvement suggestions about the current standards were put forward.
