摘  要:为了提高大型制造企业厂内运输中车辆的使用效率,文章提出了一种新的甩挂运输调度方案。综合考虑厂内运输任务的特点和空挂车的调度需求,设计了牵引车、空挂车、重挂车在同步调度下的运输方案,建立了带硬时间窗的牵引车、挂车同步调度模型;根据空挂调度和重挂调度设计了求解牵引车挂车路径问题的禁忌搜索算法,设计基于贪婪算法的车辆选择策略用于作业序列的解码;最后通过求解某钢铁企业厂内甩挂运输网络算例,验证了牵引车、挂车同步调度模型的正确性和算法的有效性。

In order to improve the utilization of vehicles for in-plant transportation in large-scale manufacturing enterprises, a new dispatching scheme of loop swap transportation, namely, the synchronous dispatching of tractors, empty semitrailers and loaded semitrailers, is put forward based on a comprehensive consideration of the characteristics of in-plant transportation tasks and the dispatching demand of empty semitrailers. A synchronous dispatching model of tractors and semitrailers with hard time windows is designed. According to empty dispatching and loaded dispatching, a tabu search is designed to calculate the routes of tractors and semitrailers. Besides, a vehicle selection strategy based on greedy algorithm is designed for the decoding of tasks sequence. Finally, the case study of loop swap transportation network in an iron and steel plant indicates that the synchronous dispatching model of tractors and semitrailers is correct and algorithms formulated in this paper are effective.
