摘  要:结构光相移法测量系统中,投影仪存在的gamma失真现象会带来明显的测量误差。提出了一种主动gamma校正技术,建立输入光强与输出光强的多项式模型,将该模型反作用于输入光强,极大地削弱了由gamma失真现象带来的影响,提高了测量精度。为了验证该方法的有效性,将该gamma校正技术用于传统的四步相移算法,经过计算机仿真,精度相比校正前提高了90%。采用该方法,与现有的被动相位补偿算法相比不需要计算每个相位的误差且不局限于特定的相移步数及解包裹方法,简单且有效;与已有的基于投影光栅预编码的主动gamma校正技术相比,所提方法不局限于gamma模型,提高了其灵活性。

In structural light phase shift measurement system,gamma distortion in projector can bring obvious measurement error.An active gamma correction technique was proposed.A polynomial model of input and output light intensity was established.The model was reacted on the input light intensity,which greatly weakened the influence caused by gamma distortion and improved the measurement accuracy.In order to verify the validity of this method,the gamma correction technique was applied to the traditional four-step phase shifting algorithm.Through computer simulation,the accuracy was improved by 90% compared with that before correction.Compared with the existing passive phase compensation algorithm,this method did not need to calculate the error of each phase and was not limited to a specific phase shift step and unwrapping method.Compared with the existing pre-coding gamma correction method,the proposed method is not limited to gamma model and improves its flexibility.
