摘  要:针对某110 kV变电站阀控式铅酸蓄电池组97~104号电池出现电压过高及不同程度鼓肚问题,对蓄电池回路进行分析,指出了97~104号电池出现电压过高及不同程度鼓肚的原因,提出了直流系统及蓄电池回路改进思路及具体解决方案,并优选出最佳方案进行实施。经过验证,实施方案简单、可靠,达到了使97号以后的电池和其余电池电压一致的目的和要求。解决了97号以后电池电压过高问题,防止了电池鼓肚问题的再次发生。

In view of the overvoltage and belly problem with different degrees,of valve-controlled leadacid batteries with sizes from 97 to 104 in 110 kV substation,the paper analyzes the battery circuits,points out the causes of overvoltage and belly problem of 97-104 size batteries,and puts forward ideas and specific solutions for modification of DC system and battery circuit,and selects the optimal scheme for implementation.The implementation scheme is verified as simple and reliable,meeting the requirement that the voltages of batteries with size numbers over 97 is consistent with batteries of other sizes,and solving the battery over-voltage problem and also preventing the recurrence of battery belly problem.
