摘  要:循环酸高浓度、高温度和高气速是干燥工艺的要点。减少SO2在硫酸中的溶解,关键在于提高硫酸温度而非降低硫酸浓度,硫酸温度提高0.45℃减少的溶解SO2量等同于w(H2SO4)降低1%。硫酸中的水平衡分压是影响干燥效率的关键,当上塔酸w(H2SO4)高于94%后,所需填料高度不再随硫酸浓度升高而降低。在相同干燥效率下,硫磺制酸比矿制酸可减少填料约20%。硫磺制酸的塔前风机布置方式更安全,不受酸雾侵害,压缩热不会全部损失,表现为压缩温升与进塔酸温度之差。

High concentration,high temperature of circulating acid and high gas velocity are the key points of drying process.Forreducing the dissolution of SO2 in sulphuric acid is to increase the temperature of sulphuric acid instead of reducing the concentration of sulphuric acid.Increasing the temperature of sulphuric acid by 0.45℃reduces the amount of dissolved SO2 equal to add 1%of w(H2SO4).The equilibrium partial pressure of water in sulphuric acid is the key to affect the drying efficiency.When the w(H2SO4)at inlet acid of the tower is higher than 94%,the packing height does not decrease with the increase of the concentration of sulphunic acid.Under the same drying efficiency,sulphur-based sulphuric acid can reduce about 20%of the packing compared with pyrite-based sulphuric acid.The pressure drying tower of sulphur burning acid plant is safer without acid mist damage,and the compression heat will not be lost completely,which is shown as the difference between the temperature rise of compression and the temperature of acid entering the tower.
