摘  要:为了改善某小曲线半径盾构隧道在发生列车碰撞事故时的耐碰撞性能,以"BIM+FE"的方法,利用Bentley PowerCivil建立某隧道的BIM模型,采用HyperMesh14.0建立由该隧道和某9编组动力集中动车组构成的FE碰撞系统模型。参考EN 15227标准和隧道设计规范,建立一种基于蜂窝铝和锥形变截面方管的两级隧道吸能防护系统,利用LS-DYNA平台,分析该系统的撞击性能,并比较安装吸能防护前后衬砌承受撞击力和横向位移的变化情况。研究表明:"蜂窝铝-锥形方管"分级吸能结构可降低撞击力初始峰值,并使变形有序;变截面方管的锥度便利了褶皱往其中空区域有序溃缩,弧箱型蜂窝铝结构提高了压溃过程的平稳性;采用文中的隧道吸能防护系统,使隧道衬砌结构按照设计意图变形,显著改善隧道洞身的碰撞安全性,进一步开拓了BIM模型的应用范畴。

In order to improve the crashworthiness performance of the shield tunnel with small curve radius,Bentley PowerCivil software is used to establish a BIM model of a tunnel by means of“BIM+FE”and HyperMesh 14.0 is employed to build the model of FE collision system composed of the tunnel and a 9-car power concentrated EMU.A two-stage tunnel energy absorption protection system based on honeycomb aluminum and tapered square tube is established with reference to EN 15227 standard and the tunnel design specifications.And the impact performance of the system is analyzed using the LS-DYNA platform.Then,the changes of the impact force sustained by the lining and the lateral displacement of the lining before and after the installation of the protection system are compared.The research results show that the staged“honeycomb aluminum-conical square tube”can reduce the initial peak of impact force and result in orderly deformation;the taper of the variable cross-section square tube facilitates the orderly collapse of the folds into the hollow area;the arc-box honeycomb aluminum structure improves the smoothness of the crushing process;the energy absorption protection system designed in this paper can make tunnel lining structure deform as design-intended,which significantly improves the collision safety of the tunnel body and further extends the application scope of the BIM model.
