摘  要:汽车在发生正面碰撞时线束很容易受到挤压,文章详细研究了挤压外载下新能源汽车高压线束的力学特性,结果表明挤压外载下高压线束曲线的挤压力随着位移的增加而增加,并且当线束挤压到一定程度时,线束内绝缘层会被破坏,导致编织层和导体层内的铜导线发生接触短路,证明高压线束失效。通过高压线束挤压仿真与试验对比,建立了精度较高的高压线束挤压仿真模型,对于高压线束在碰撞安全中的仿真分析具有一定的借鉴意义。

The wire harness is easy to be squeezed when the vehicle is in a frontal collision.The mechanical properties of high-voltage harness of new energy vehicle under extrusion loading are studied.The results show that under extruding load,the extrusion pressure of high-voltage harness curve increases with the increase of displacement.When the extrusion reaches a certain degree,the insulation layer in the wire harness will be damaged,resulting in contact short circuit between the braided layer and the copper wire in the conductor layer,which proves that the high-voltage wire harness is invalid.By comparing the simulation and experiment of high-voltage wire harness extrusion,a high-precision simulation model of high-voltage wire harness extrusion is established,which has certain reference significance for the simulation analysis of high-voltage wire harness in collision safety.
