摘  要:为更好发挥防雷座椅对乘员的综合防护性能,在保持某防雷座椅原有结构的情况下,通过改变安装方式,进行底部爆炸、碰撞、滚翻3种威胁下乘员的安全性分析,比较座椅安装方式对乘员动态响应、坐垫加速度、头部生存空间的影响,进行了3种工况下的座椅防护性能综合评价。研究结果表明:座椅安装方式的不同对乘员保护具有很大的影响,乘员头部生存空间不足是乘员头颈部损伤的一个主要影响因素,其次天地座椅安装方式的乘员约束系统在爆炸、滚翻、碰撞3种损伤工况下均具有更好地乘员安全综合防护性能。

The anti-explosion protection capability of military vehicles has been widely concerned.As a key component,the anti-shock seats plays an important role when the vehicle is subjected to a blast load.In order to improve the protection capability of the seat,a comprehensive evaluation was carried out.The original structure of an anti-shock seat was maintained and different installation modes were adopted.The dynamic responses of the occupant,cushion acceleration and head living space were compared among different boundary conditions such as explosion,collision and rollover.The results show that the installation mode of the seat has a great impact on the occupant protection.The lack of living space is one of the main factors of head and neck injury.On the other hand,the installation mode that both the top and bottom of the seat was rigidly fixed,which had a better comprehensive protection performance for the three impact conditions.
