摘  要:针对考虑预防维护的柔性作业车间调度,提出了基于可靠度区间的预防维护策略,同时考虑设备的退化效应,以最大完工时间最小化为目标,建立集成优化模型。在该模型中提出了可靠度区间这一概念,并设计了遗传算法和邻域搜索算法相结合的优化算法,使用基于设备、工序和维护的三层基因编码方式和改进的染色体初始化方法。最后通过与传统维护策略对比,表明可靠度区间维护策略的总完工时间优于传统维护策略。

This paper puts forward preventive maintenance strategy based on reliability intervals to manage the schedule of a flexible job shop. An integrated optimization model has been built up to minimize the make span under the equipment degeneration effect. In this model,the concept of reliability intervals is proposed; Optimization algorithm which combines genetic algorithm and neighborhood search algorithm is designed; The modified chromosome initialize method and three-tier gene encoding scheme based on equipment,process,and maintenance are adopted in the study. It proves that the preventive maintenance strategy developed in this work is better than the conventional maintenance strategy.
