摘  要:针对层次分析法存在的问题,结合教师绩效考核实践提出了具体的改进建议,主要是加强与模糊综合评价等方法的结合.一是尽量邀请多个专家参与评价以提高判断矩阵的质量;二是努力挖掘定量信息的价值,并把定量信息与定性信息进行综合,以提高评价过程的客观性,保证评价结果的综合性、全面性.层次分析法与模糊综合评价等方法各有利弊,当评价对象很多、评价精度要求不高时,应该用模糊综合评价方法,但在确定评价因子的权重时最好用层次分析法;当评价对象不多、评价精度要求很高时,最好用层次分析法.

To solve the problems of analytical hierarchy process(AHP), some concrete advices were put forward according to the practice of teacher achievement's assessment. The major advice is to enhance the combination between AHP and fuzzy comprehensive assessment(FCA). At first, as many experts as possible should be invited to improve the quality of judgment matrix. At the same time, the value of quantitative information should be developed efficiently and the quantitative and qualitative information should be synthesized to make the assessment comprehensive. All the methods including AHP and FCA have strong points and shortcomings. If there are many objects to assess and a not so exact result is expected, FCA should be used, but AHP should better be thought about to determine the power of the factors. If there are not so many objects to assess and a very exact result is expected, AHP may be the best method.
