Development of CHRM Technology and Process

摘  要:本文简述了热连轧机三个发展期的特点以及当前世界各国正在发展的连铸连轧新工艺。重点叙述了当今热连轧机工艺技术发展的主要方向是降低能耗,扩大品种和规格,提高产品质量和降低成本,并提出提高产品质量,完善和开发自动控制功能,开发自由轧制技术和扩大品种,开发高难产品作为今后宝钢2050热连轧机工艺技术发展的设想。

This paper introduces the features of the three phases of CHRM(continuous hot rolling mill) and the developing CC-DR(continuous casting-direct rolling) process throughout the world, and emphasises that the prevailing trend of CHRM technology and process at present should be aimed at the reduction of energy consumption, the expansion of both the product variety and the range of product size, the improvement of product quality and the decrease in production cost. With regard to Baosteel's case, the following measures are proposed as ways to develop Baosteel 2050 CHRM technology and process: enhancement of product quality, betterment and development of automatic control functions,development of free rolling techniques and expanding the variety of product as well as high tech. products.
